From 22 to 29 January 2011

Choose your race in 5 stages: 225 km (139.8 miles) or 162 km (100 miles)
You will run along the Bandiagara cliff and in the canyons unexplored like Toumba, Beri and as far as Somé.

Obligatory kit :

This raid is semi self-sufficiency

Meals are provided in the morning, after the race and the evening.
You will find on checkpoints : water, fruit and biscuits.


During the race, you must have on you :

- a rucksack or a double water bottle-holder
- a minimum water supply of 2 liters
- 1 survival blanket
- 1 whistle
- a headlamp with spare battery
- 1 fluorescent band
- this roadbook
- 1 compass
- 2 cyalum sticks
- 1 lighter

Saturday : Departure from Paris to Bamako

Sunday : Transfer from Bamako to Mopti -
Transfer from Mopti to starting line

Monday : Stage 1, Dogo - Yawa

Tuesday : Stage 2, Yawa - Neni

Wednesday : Stage 3, Neni - Mori

Thursday : Stage 4, Mori - Tintam

Wednesday : Stage 5, Tintam - Somé

Sunday : Transfer from Mopti to Bamako

Sunday : Transfer to the airport and departure for Paris
